You should outfit yourself with Berkley spinning rods, appropriate reels, hooks and bobbers, so you know when the bait has been found. There are various types of live and synthetic bait available, so research what the fish in your area like. Bring along some needle nose pliers and a net for safely removing the hook from the fish whether you keep it or not.
